Customer Service Administrator

 

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in the Hormel branded team for the EMEA region, based in Leamington Spa office. This varied role coordinates orders and inputs into all supply chain issues for the Hormel EMEA business, as well as undertaking administration tasks for the team.

Brands include SKIPPY Peanut Butter, SPAM Brand and STAGG Chili.

 

The role requires an organised individual with strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent attention to detail, combined with interpersonal and communication skills. Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinating, managing and logging orders within excel
  • Communication with customers, factories and stakeholders
  • Input into aspects of demand planning and stock management
  • Running and checking reports
  • Responding to and logging consumer complaints
  • General administrative tasks as required

 

Candidates would have customer services or supply chain experience in a medium sized or large organisation, ideally for a food or other manufacturing company. Minimum education would be to have finished higher education or college, although this position would be an ideal starting role for a graduate or certificate holder with a relevant qualification.

 

Salary dependent on experience
