IT Technical Consultant, Production IT, Vejen & Holsted 

Help keep production running through reliable IT solutions

Do you enjoy technical challenges and working close to operations? We are looking for an IT Technical Consultant to support and maintain the IT systems that keep production running at our production site in Vejen and Holsted.

You will join Country Services Denmark in Global IT. The team provides local IT support and technical expertise to our production sites and works closely with other IT teams and external partners on operations, projects and improvements. As part of Country Services Denmark in Global IT, you will play an important role in ensuring stable operations across our production environment. You will work with applications, infrastructure, databases, networks and integrations connected to manufacturing equipment, helping to resolve incidents and deliver lasting solutions.

Your key responsibilities
•    Support and troubleshoot production-critical IT systems.
•    Monitor, maintain and improve manufacturing IT solutions.
•    Investigate issues across applications, databases, networks and integrations.
•    Collaborate with production teams, specialists and external vendors to resolve incidents.
•    Participate in upgrades, installations and IT projects across production sites.
•    Contribute to standardized and reliable IT solutions across our manufacturing environment.

What we're looking for
•    Experience from a technical IT role such as IT Consultant, Application Specialist or System Administrator.
•    Strong troubleshooting skills in complex IT environments.
•    Knowledge of Windows-based infrastructure, applications, databases and networks.
•    Experience with Manufacturing IT, MES, ERP, WMS or automation systems is an advantage.
•    Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Fluent in Danish and English.

Location and travel
The primary workplace is our production sites in Vejen and Holsted. Occasional travel to other Danish production sites should be expected, approximately 5-15 days per year depending on projects and support needs. The role is part of an IT on-call rotation, and some activities may take place outside normal working hours to minimize impact on production.
