Purpose of the job:
The role is responsible for supporting and monitoring customer quality activities, ensuring that customer orders, complaint handling, and storage and handling conditions are managed in accordance with established quality standards and customer requirements.
The person in this position acts as a key liaison between customers and internal departments on quality-related matters, contributing to customer satisfaction through effective communication, issue follow-up, and coordination of corrective actions when required.
Main Responsabilities
Customer Information Request Management
- Register, coordinate, and respond to customer requests related to product quality (technical data sheets, specifications, certificates, allergen statements, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely responses
- Maintain proper documentation and data archiving
- Contribute to performance tracking and continuous improvement of customer response processes
Customer Complaint Coordination
- Support the registration and documentation of customer complaints
- Route complaints to the appropriate sites and departments
- Ensure proper follow-up and resolution
Warehouse Quality Oversight (e.g., Thiais site)
- Conduct and monitor hygiene audits in storage areas
- Support implementation of action plans and track performance indicators
- Manage internal non-conformities through cross-functional investigations (logistics, production, commercial, etc.)
- Monitor external service providers, including pest control activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of logistics procedures
