This is a Supervisor position for our PM Hygiene Shift, working 43.75 hours per week from 14:00 to 23:30.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and hygiene, within a brand new state of the art manufacturing facility. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties


•    Supervise and coordinate hygiene operatives across all assigned shifts.
•    Supervise, coach and mentor Hygiene Operatives 
•    Ensure daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks are completed to required standards
•    Perform hygiene inspections and pre-operational checks, ensuring areas are audit-ready at all times.
•    Support the Hygiene Manager with maintaining cleaning schedules, records, and documentation
•    Report and investigate hygiene non-conformances and assist with corrective actions.
•    Ensure compliance with GMP, BRC, customer and company policies at all times.
•    Maintain effective communication with Production, Technical, and Maintenance teams to plan cleaning activities around production needs
•    Ensuring new Laundry is brought in and dirty laundry is taken out
•    Cleaning of changing rooms and lockers.
•    CAYG policy on the production shop floor, helping with floor cleaning, emptying/cleaning of bins and line clearance
•    PPE replenishment.
-    Leasing with Production managers/Supervisors on where assistance may be needed.
-    Inspection of equipment and areas cleaned by the hygiene team.
-    Provide help, support and training to new staff when they commence employment.
-    Update reports and KPI’s onto the eSmiley electronic system.
-    Carry out a weekly chemicals stock check and submit to the relevant manager
-    Allocate duties according to the production and logistics plans and trained abilities.
-    Ensure that all chemicals are stored and handled correctly and carry out a monthly clean of the chemical storage areas according to the CIC.
-    Supervise daily operations, including the monitoring of daily agency hours.
-    Conduct regular checks and to fill in the required documentation correctly and promptly.
-    Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company Food Safety, GMP and Hygiene policies and waste management procedures at all times.
-    Supervise daily operations, including the monitoring and recording of Titration and ATP swabs. 
-    Responsible for health and safety to make sure staff are complying with PPE regulations when undertaking tasks.
-    Assist the Hygiene Manager
