Unsolicited Internship during your studies - Food Safety & Quality 

Are you a student and looking for an internship as part of your studies? And are you looking for an internship within the field of Food Safety, where you get the opportunity to work in practice while developing your competencies? You are maybe studying within the food area/natural science and want to test your knowledge in an international food business. 

 

At Danish Crown’s offices around the country, we are always looking for ambitious students, who will participate in pushing the organisation, in our journey, towards a sustainable future for the food area. Besides being part of our journey, are we also interested in becoming part of your professional and personal journey – while helping you with providing practical experiences. 

 

A weekday in Food Safety
As an intern, with focus on Food Safety, there is an opportunity for your stay being at our head office in Randers or at one of our many production sites around the country. In both coincidences you will become part of a cooperation working towards handling food safety and quality management where you will cooperate as part of the team. 

 

As an intern at our head office, you will be part of the department for food safety and quality, where you will cooperate with 9-10 colleagues. We have contact with Danish and foreign production sites, and we take care of quality management, audits as well as microbiological and chemical investigations of products. 

 

If you wish to become an intern at one of our sites, you will touch the daily operation and secure that the correct procedure is used, to maintain the high level of quality and food safety. 

 

Who are we looking for?
You are taking an education as, for example, professional bachelor, process technologist, engineer, master within the food area/natural science. Experience from a food production would be beneficial, but it no requirement. The most important thing is that you have a great interest in food production and quality management. Additionally, you master Danish and English at a high level. It’s a plus you have flair for IT.
