Group CFO

DNK-Randers, Danish Crown Vej

Transformation Project Specialist

Are you a motivated Transformation Project Specialist eager to make a meaningful impact? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy collaborating across the organisation, and take pride in turning strategic ideas into practical solutions? If yes — this is your chance to accelerate your career and help shape the future of Danish Crown.

A Growth Role with Real Influence Across the Group

You will join our Strategy & Transformation Office – a high-impact team with a mandate to drive positive change across the entire Group. As Transformation Project Specialist, you’ll play a central role in planning, coordinating, and supporting initiatives across our Group Functions and 8 Business Units, working closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders.

Your contribution will help ensure we stay aligned, create transparency, and maintain momentum in projects that strengthen our competitiveness and continuous improvement agenda.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic ambitions into clear project plans, activities, and milestones
  • Coordinate project tasks, follow up on progress, and help manage risks and dependencies
  • Prepare engaging project materials and status updates for senior management
  • Support problem-solving activities and contribute with structure and analysis
  • Facilitate decision-making across functions and ensure clear communication among stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

You already have experience from project management, PMO work, consulting, business development, or a similar role — and you are eager to grow further.

You also bring:

  • Experience supporting or managing projects in a complex organisation
  • A structured and analytical approach with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work proactively and collaborate effectively
  • An interest in business transformation, operational improvement, or organisational development
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written – Danish is an advantage

Experience with project management tools or methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2) is a plus, not a requirement.

We encourage all motivated applicants to apply if you think this is the right match for you, as we are committed to finding the right person for this role — not just a specific set of skills.

What We Offer

Danish Crown isn’t just a major player in the food industry; we are also a workplace with top-notch facilities in our new headquarters that provide an inspiring environment for collaboration and creativity. From our professional kitchen facilities to our fitness center, padel courts, and outstanding canteen, it’s a place where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
We are ambitious and have plenty of tasks ahead of us, but we maintain a strong focus on employee well-being.

We offer attractive employment conditions with a competitive compensation and benefits package (based on your individual experience and education), pension, health insurance, and more.

So, if you’re ready to take on new challenges, contribute to positive change, and create value, this is the role for you.
