Student worker, Sustainability, Farming 

At Danish Crown we are challenging ourselves and taking the lead in finding sustainable solutions. As an important part of this, we are looking for a student worker, who can participate in driving and implementing our ambitious sustainable farming climate data collection throughout the Danish Crown Group.

Drive and implement our climate strategy across the business and participate in implementing on our owners and suppliers farms
Overall, you will be a part of Danish Crown’s Sustainability function and more specifically your role will be in Sustainable Farming, where we work with our farmers' climate impact. The Sustainable farming team is responsible for developing, driving and implementing our sustainability strategy together with more than 23.000 farmers in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Poland along with the supplier and member services in the respective countries.

Your main responsibility in this position will be to: 

• Collect data and knowledge on farming data systems for transparency and decision support
• Develop and improve Danish Crown´s sustainability standards, processes, and metrics to build a stronger transparency and support for strategic decision-making.
• Collect and improve Danish Crown’s supplier data integrated into our sustainable track and incentive models for farmers.

We need a young and dynamic student to engage in our daily work with data, results and development tasks. You need to be good at excel sheets, big data and if you have knowledge about farming, it would be an advantage but not a must.

The workplace is in our newly build headoffice in Randers. The total work hours per week will expectedly be between 10 – 20 hours.
