Student Worker - S&OP 

Are you interested in being part of a business transformation and supporting how a global company plans and executes? Danish Crown is strengthening its Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) capability to better connect strategy, demand, supply and financial performance across the organization.


We are looking for a Student Worker to support the Group S&OP team with maintenance of planning data, reporting and basic analysis, and to contribute to the ongoing transformation of our planning processes in a complex, international business.


The position is based in Randers with easy public transport access from Aarhus.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and validate S&OP-related master data 
  • Prepare and update standard S&OP reports and data extracts
  • Support analyses related to demand, forecast accuracy and coverage
  • Assist in preparing materials for S&OP meetings (slides, tables, visuals)
  • Support documentation of S&OP definitions, assumptions and changes

 

Through these tasks, you will gain hands-on experience with data, coordination and S&OP processes in a global business context.


Who are you?

You are currently enrolled in a university program – for example with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business Administration or Business Engineering.

 
You:

  • Work independently and take initiative
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Are comfortable presenting material to different stakeholders
  • Show a strong interest in supply chain planning, forecasting, or business analytics
  • Have solid skills in Microsoft Office, solid Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage  
  • Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, or similar planning systems is desired
  • Work structured and detail-oriented, with an interest in working with data and assumptions
  • Comfortable working in an environment with evolving processes and cross-functional stakeholders
