Student Worker, Optimisation & Digitalisation
Do you want to make a real impact in a large international company where business is never as usual? Are you motivated by transforming manual processes into digital solutions? – and do you find standardisation interesting while analysing a great amount of data?
“Undoubtedly, routine tasks often make employees feel tedious, confused, frustrated, and burnt out – and that is why we are on a digitalisation journey”
Work tasks and responsibilities
We need a colleague who is eager to work with digitalisation and that includes, for example, our wage processes, course administration, and manual processes in general.
There will be worked with a great amount of data and databases, and we are looking for a candidate who can help us build AI systems, or other digital solutions, that can standardise these processes related to those.
As our new colleague, you will work with a variety of tasks:
- digitalising and standardising processes
- analyse data and databases
- work in our wage system within SAP
- reporting and extraction of data
- define norms for headcount and models for extracting data
- ad-hoc tasks
Projects related to Digitalisation:
- Holiday registration
- Illness’ registration
- SuccessFactors report generation
- Overall HR reporting
We offer a job with great variation where you will work in teams and independently, cross-functional and among different business segments in the different tasks. This will provide you with both insights and experience of being an employee in a large international business. For the right candidate, you will achieve a high degree of responsibility and plenty of opportunities.
We expect that you can work around 12-15 hours per week and preferably two full days per week. We prefer the days being from Wednesday-Friday. We offer flexibility during exam periods. Your primary work location will be at our headquarters in Randers.
Curios team player with strong analytical skills
You could be studying Data science, Computer science, or other relevant Bachelor/Master programs where, for example, machine learning and AI is part of the curriculum. However, if you have the needed abilities to solve the proposed tasks without attending beforementioned programs, do not hesitate to apply.
We expect you to be familiar with Microsoft Office and an experienced user in Excel. If you are experienced within SAP as an HR masterdata and payroll system, it could be an advantage, but this is not a must. You communicate fluently in English - both orally and in writing.
You have strong analytical skills; you work systematically, and you take pride in delivering positive and satisfactory results. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and the opportunity of gaining new knowledge and becoming more proficient motivates you. Besides being independent, you are helpful and characterised as a team player who know that the key to delivering strong results is through a united team effort. You have an open and curious personality, and you are willing to proactively reach out to the business and to your colleagues.
