Senior Transformation Program Manager - Shape the Future with Danish Crown 

Are you an experienced transformation leader with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs? Do you thrive on creating clarity, fostering collaboration, and guiding strategic initiatives? If so, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in Danish Crown’s transformation journey. We are seeking a Senior Transformation Program Manager to lead some of our most critical strategic priorities.

A Strategic Role with Group-Wide Impact

You will join our Strategy & Transformation Office – a high-impact team with a mandate to drive positive change across the entire Group. In this role, you will play a central part in some of our most complex projects and initiatives across our Group Functions and 8 Business Units, working closely with executive and senior management.

Your focus will be on ensuring effective prioritization, creating transparency, maintaining momentum, and delivering measurable impact as we strengthen our competitiveness and pursue cost leadership. You will enable selected strategic programs – supporting informed decisions and creating both short- and long-term value.

Your Responsibilities

You will lead the end-to-end execution of major transformation programs by:

• Translating strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps and milestones
• Defining scope, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring clear benefit tracking
• Enabling cross-functional deliverables while fostering collaboration and shared ownership
• Guiding decision-making and securing alignment among executive and senior management
• Providing structured problem-solving and strategic support to program sponsors and owners
• Delivering clear communication to the organisation and accurate executive reporting
• Contributing to enhancing project management tools and maturity across the organisation

Who are you?

You bring senior program leadership experience from organisational, operational, or digital transformations in large-scale change environments. You work with agility, navigate complexity with confidence, and balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution.

You also bring:

• A proven track record of leading strategic complex programs with significant business impact
• A solid project and program management toolbox combined with strong communication skills
• A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to address root causes
• Strong business understanding, including cost optimisation and production economics
• Adaptability, integrity, and an inclusive leadership approach
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written – Danish is an advantage
