Senior Strategy Specialist 

Are you ready to shape the strategic direction of a company undergoing one of our most significant transformations? Danish Crown is on the lookout for a Senior Strategy Specialist to join our Strategy and M&A team.

This exciting position will put you at the forefront of strategic planning and transformative sprint projects, giving you the opportunity to drive impactful changes that shape Danish Crowns future. With a broad interface across the organization, you'll be working closely with top executives and business leaders on both strategy development and project management.

Success starts with a team
You will become a central part of the Strategy and M&A team who acts as experts on various strategic projects as well as Danish Crowns overall future strategy. The team advises, consults, and supports the executive board and the management of the company's business units. 
On a daily basis, you will join a result-oriented team who strive to see the opportunities in the challenges we help to solve. We focus on developing as individuals and team while we help Danish Crown to develop. Thus, you should expect that your strategy and problem-solving toolbox, Transformational experiences and business network will expand and grow.   

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be an important part of crafting and executing Danish Crown Group’s 2030 Strategy.
• Project and change management for strategic and transformative sprints across our business units.
• Conduct strategic analyses and creating impactful presentations for the executive board - with a big focus on how we translate strategy to reality.

The role is based at our headquarters in Randers, and you can expect 10-20 travel days pr. year.

Who are we looking for:
You bring a strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and transform them into pragmatic and actionable solutions. A few years of experience in a similar position or the consultancy sector working with strategic processes, project management, and change management is a definite advantage. Fluency in English, both oral and written at a professional level is a must.

As a person, you’re highly driven, adaptable, and assertive. You thrive on collaboration and relationship-building across companies, functions, and fields. You hold strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you naturally connect with people at all levels and serve as a trusted sparring partner for decisionmakers.
