DNK-Randers, Danish Crown Vej, DNK-København

Senior Strategy Partner

Do you want to shape and drive the strategic agenda across multiple business units in a complex organization – and work hands-on with strategy at the highest level? We are looking for two Senior Strategy Partners to play a central role in driving strategic priorities within and across our business units, ensuring strong enterprise-wide alignment.

You will become a central part of the Strategy and M&A team who acts as experts on various strategic projects as well as Danish Crowns overall future strategy. The team advises, consults, and supports the executive board and the management of the company's business units. You will join a strong professional environment characterized by ambitious goals, high standards, and a commitment to excellence.

As Senior Strategy Partner, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across the organization. The primary task will be to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end – from problem definition, analytical work, and storytelling to strategy formulation, alignment, and execution support.

You will be responsible for driving coherence and alignment across BU strategies to ensure enterprise-wide value creation, working both independently and in close collaboration with leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic agenda across the organization and ensure cohesion and alignment across Business Unit strategies.
  • Work deeply with individual BUs on strategic priorities, performance challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of Group Strategy.
  • Support and facilitate strategy processes, workshops, and decision forums.
  • Structure and solve complex problems using clear analytical frameworks.
  • Translate strategic insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholders at all organizational levels – upward, downward, and laterally.
  • Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders on strategic and business-critical topics.

Your Profile

  • A strong background in management consulting or strategy development.
  • Strong business and financial understanding and modelling.
  • Senior experience independently developing strategies and recommendations from scratch.
  • Experience collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in problem structuring, analytical thinking, and strategic storytelling.
  • Comfort navigating complexity and organizational dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across functions, hierarchies, and geographies.
  • Clear and convincing communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Danish is not a requirement, but will be an advantage
  • Thrives in roles with high expectations, ambiguity, and significant responsibility.

We are open for the positions to work out of our Copenhagen Office, but if so, you should expect attendance at our Randers Headquarter a couple of times a week.
