Senior Scrum Master 

Do you want to have a significant impact on the way our four (SAP) product teams in Global Supporting Functions (GSF) deliver value to Danish Crown? And do you want to play a critical role in driving & improving Agile ways of working in our product teams? Then you might be the new Senior Scrum Master, we are looking for at our headquarters in Randers.

In Danish Crown our Global IT department made a big decision a few years ago. We went agile. We have come a long way and are now looking for a new colleague to ensure we keep evolving our ways of working and keep delivering great value. 

Global IT is divided into five domains where GSF is one of them. Our agile teams cover global development, maintenance and support of IT Solutions to Finance, Procurement, HR and Farmer Service in Danish Crown. 

In GSF we are very focused on culture and leadership, and we use that as a foundation for empowering our teams. Would you like to take ownership and enable High-Performing Teams
As a Senior Scrum Master you will collaborate with the Technical Product Owners to promote agile practices, drive continuous improvement, and enhance organizational agility.
You will be responsible for optimizing our current way of working and help us on our journey to become even more value and product driven in the future. Our solutions are mainly based on SAP technology. 

Your main tasks will include:

• Secure successful completion of sprints and the efficiency of the product teams
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure high performance teams, by continuously inspecting and adapting ways of working
• Guide and coach the team members on Agile practices and principles
• Promote a positive and productive team environment
• Support the Domain Leadership team to succeed with our continuous improvement ambition 
• Cultivate a positive and motivating team environment where everyone thrives
• Share insights and actively contribute to the community of Scrum Masters

We are looking for a curious Scrum Master with strong stakeholder management skills 

You have proven experience as Scrum Master, preferably from a larger company and you have strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). 
You possess strong communication and facilitation skills, both in English and in Danish, and you know how to apply the right approach to help each team grow and reach their next level. You are passionate about driving positive change and cultivating an Agile mindset across teams and stakeholders.

For the right candidate, the role holds the opportunity to work closely with the Domain Leadership team to develop the domain in general e.g. by facilitating an on-going process of defining and describing our culture and desired behavior in our cooperation internally and with our different stakeholders outside the domain.
