Senior SAP MM Consultant - Procurement Focus

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant with a strong focus on Procurement to strengthen our SAP capabilities within our Global Supporting Functions domain in Global IT.

You will join an agile team that covers SAP Procurement processes and has recently expanded to include Farmer Service, managing procurement processes linked to sourcing raw materials from our farmer owners. The team also works with SAP BTP development, giving you the chance to contribute to innovative solutions beyond the core ERP setup.

Your role 
You will become part of a dedicated SAP team working across borders and collaborating closely with colleagues from the business. In this role, you will:

• Design and implement global SAP MM solutions within the Procurement area, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, manage change requests, and advise on best practices.
• Drive implementation projects and support rollouts across business units worldwide.
• Ensure system stability and continuous improvement, handling both development and support tasks.

What we expect from you 

• Experience as an SAP MM consultant, with expertise in Sourcing and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of global processes and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to speak up and share insights constructively.
• A collaborative mindset, prioritizing team success and fostering open dialogue.
• Ability to adapt to change, stay focused in a dynamic environment, and embrace continuous improvement.
• Growth-oriented, open to feedback and committed to learning.
• Agile mindset and ability to see the bigger picture while managing details.
• Fluent in English
