Senior Procurement Process Specialist

In Processed Production, Support Functions, we contribute to this journey by ensuring clear processes and efficient systems enabling smooth and controlled production.

As our new Senior Procurement Process Specialist, you will join a team of 18 skilled and dedicated colleagues who are working in a professional and informal atmosphere to deliver the best solutions for our stakeholders. The team is anchored in our Danish Crown Foods division, and we are responsible for Product Optimization, Operational Insights and Time and Motion Studies at our food processing factories in Denmark, Germany and Holland.
  
Examples of specific tasks in the job: 

• Deploy SAP MM to additional sites
• Facilitate implementation of Warehouse Management for spare parts in collaboration with our SAP consultants
• Facilitate implementation of SAP PM
• Train users in operational procurement processes and host training and retraining sessions 

• Lead and define operational procurement processes
• Communicate commercial agreements from Group Procurement across factories

• Report on stock values for spare parts
• Define KPIs to measure our progress 

• Maintain and revise our Handbook for Spare Parts Warehouses/Technical Warehouses
• Engineering dashboard maintenance and deployment
• Network meetings at the factories and continuous development via lessons learned sessions 
• AP PM support and deployment

 
Who exactly are we looking for?
Your level of drive lies above average, you are self-driven, you get your energy from engaging with stakeholders throughout the organization and you are capable of both setting clear direction and building commitment. The ideal candidate will;

• possess strong skills in SAP MM and SAP PM
• have 3-5 years or more of relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company and experience from procurement matrix setups with different types of stakeholders
• have solid knowledge of operational procurement processes
• be fluent in Danish and English
• have a proven record of strong project management skills and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, incl. PowerPoint and Excel
• have great relationship and stakeholder management skills (users, suppliers etc.)
