  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the project management model and toolbox
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across organisational layers and drive initiatives to enhance adoption of project governance and project model incl. supporting tools
  • Serve as business owner of the PPM system, defining requirements and supporting continuous improvement in collaboration with IT

Who are you?

You likely bring experience from PPM, PMO, PMI, R&D or transformation environments, and are motivated by creating structure, transparency, and consistency across complex sets of initiatives. You enjoy working at the intersection of governance, data, and stakeholder collaboration.

You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and organisational layers, combining a structured and process-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

You also bring:

  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and an inclusive way of working with colleagues
  • Relevant higher education within business, engineering, IT, or similar disciplines. Fluency in English, both spoken and written – Danish is an advantag
