Senior Consumer Engagement Specialist

Drive a Digital Transformation
You will become a part of Danish Crown Categories, a newly established organization, where we develop our business through a focus on branding, consumer engagement and innovation. We are on a journey, and therefore we are expanding Categories because we want to scale something good for the benefit of many more. This means you can have an impact and influence the way we do things. 

 

Specifically, you will become a part of the Digital Experiences team. A young and dedicated team who work with Danish Crown's digital presence and communities on both social media, websites, and other digital touchpoints. We transform the digital presence of Danish Crown’s brands including Den Grønne Slagter, Friland, Steff Houlberg and Tulip.

 

Influence the way we turn unknown consumers into loyal ambassadors
Your main responsibility will be to set the direction and define our way of working with consumer engagement and loyalty. You will shape how we connect and interact with our consumers as well as design, develop and maintain our future consumer engagement program. You will be responsible for building strong consumer-centered communities from which we can engage, inspire, and build consumer loyalty. Further, you will define how we utilize the data to improve our consumer offerings and value creation so unknown consumers become loyal ambassadors. Once the direction is set, you will help scale the program across our global markets.

 

Your specific tasks include:

  • In collaboration with our Director of Digital Experiences, develop a strategy for our consumer engagement program which ensures a strong bonding with the consumer 
  • Identify consumer pains and gains and utilize those insights to create a program that creates value for consumers 
  • Integrate the consumer program in a coherent user experience connecting our different digital touch points i.e., identify which digital platform to facilitate the program
  • Develop and drive execution of the program on the chosen digital platform together with the digital experience team and the Marketing Brand team
  • In close collaboration with Data and Insights team, setup KPIs and track performance.

 

Consumer-centric mindset spiced with great stakeholder management skills
You hold a relevant master’s degree e.g., within marketing, IT, international business or the like combined with several years of experience working with either digital experiences, consumer programs, digital data, or business development. You might also have worked specifically with loyalty programs. You have a data driven and consumer-centric mindset and master English orally and in writing.

 

You possess strong stakeholder management skills, and it comes natural for you to build and maintain strong relations. As a person, you are positive with a strong drive and can-do-attitude. We are on a transformation journey which means that you need to be comfortable with change and with fast shifting priorities. This also means that you have a unique opportunity to influence the way we work and set the direction for your own area.
