Senior Business Developer to drive extended producer responsibility (maternity cover) 

Are you ready to lead our organization through the implementation of the extended producer responsibility regulations (Pack 25) set to take effect on October 1st, 2025? Do you have the project management skills to ensure seamless collaboration across departments and the successful integration of IT systems? If so, you might be our new Senior Business Developer.


Drive Compliance and Facilitate Collaboration for a Sustainable Future

As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our FMCG organization meets the new regulations. You will be responsible for facilitating project group meetings, reporting progress to the steering committee, and ensuring that all departments work together effectively.


Lead the Charge in Cross-Organizational Projects at Danish Crown

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Facilitating project group meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Reporting to the steering committee on the project's progress and any issues that arise.
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration between departments to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the integration and functionality of IT systems to support compliance efforts.
  • Identifying and addressing any challenges that may impact the project's success.

 

An important success criterion in this role will be to create a broad collaboration within the group with e.g., Finance, IT, Sales, Production, Global Categories, as well as external partners. Therefore, you need to have a natural impact, show commitment, and ensure momentum on your tasks and projects. Likewise, with your solid communication skills, you are good at building and maintaining relationships with your stakeholders as you add value to the business.


Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in FMCG or a related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
