In Danish Crown we are in the process of establishing the use of an OEE system (Overall Equipment Efficiency) to increase capacity, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency of our production lines.

The system gathers all information and data related to machines and facilities, enabling us to make data driven decisions, spot opportunities and inefficiency, and have a common language in Danish Crown. The process includes but is not limited to implementation of equipment, establishing Governance, delivering BI Dashboard solutions and securing validity of data.

In close cooperation with the team your overall responsibility is to implement and maintain Factbird cross our production sites, analyze data and transform insights into concrete action points that can be used at our sites. Concretely, your tasks will be to:

  • Initiate, coordinate and facilitate training and workshops to support the sites with the implementation of Factbird through the five-step procedure.
  • Exercise project management, coordinate efforts at the sites, and prepare action logs.
  • Become superuser in the Factbird system.
  • Create and maintain documentation and user manuals for the organization.
  • Identify development areas within efficiency and profitability to streamline and drive improvements in the organization.
  • You will become primary responsible for one of the newest features within the system, enabling performance tracking at SKU level and collaborate closely with the local production sites to identify potential for improvements.

Your primary workplace will be our head office in Randers but most of the time you will be working at our sites nationally as well as internationally with an estimate of 40 - 60 travel days with overnight stay a year. A company car is included in the position.
