Project Coordinator - Traded Goods
Would you like to work for a large international food company? Are you structured and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously? Then you might be our new Project Coordinator for Traded Goods in Global Categories at our headquarters in Randers.
You will become part of our global category organization, where you will be responsible for project coordination of traded goods across our categories.
You will join a department with many interfaces across the organization, and your primary responsibility will be project coordination and the daily coordination between Category Teams, Sales, Quality, and external suppliers. In addition, you will be responsible for packaging updates, maintenance of product information, and related administrative tasks.
The majority of your time will be spent on project management activities such as:
- Coordinating the launch of new products from external suppliers
- Maintaining commercial documentation (supplier approvals, SOPs, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance documentation and regulatory requirements (product data sheets and packaging specifications)
- Coordinating packaging updates and revisions
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining our master data in SAP such as:
- Creating new suppliers and products
- Maintaining pricing information
- Handling supplier complaints and claims, including follow-up and collecting supplier responses
The Ideal Candidate
You have a background in administration, business, or commerce, for example as a trained office administrator or business professional. Ideally, you have a few years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar role.
You are eager to take on a role with a steep learning curve where you can make a meaningful impact on the organization.
In addition, we expect that you:
- Are highly structured and possess strong coordination skills
- Are comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Have excellent written and spoken Danish and English skills
- Thrive in an environment with many stakeholders, differing perspectives, and competing priorities
Experience with SAP is an advantage, although a willingness and ability to learn the system is equally important.
