Group CFO

DNK-Randers, Danish Crown Vej

Procurement Specialist, Logistics

Are you motivated by building structure, creating transparency, and making complex processes simple?

We are looking for a curious and driven Procurement Specialist to help shape how we manage logistics rates, processes, and data across Group Procurement Logistics.

This is not a traditional support role. You will play a key part in building the foundation for how we work with rate management and how we digitalize procurement logistics going forward - with a high degree of ownership from day one. You will support and build a structured rate management setup across logistics procurement. You will work hands-on with data, processes, and stakeholders across the organization to create transparency and enable better decision-making.

Success starts with a team
You will join the Group Procurement Logistics team, but also work closely with other procurement colleagues, BU logistics teams, IT, and suppliers.

We offer a collaborative and informal environment where sparring, ownership, and continuous improvement are key. You will be part of a team driving the transformation from reactive ways of working towards a more structured, data-driven, and scalable set-up.

Your primary tasks will be

  • Map and standardize logistics rate structures and agreements together with category managers
  • Create transparency and establish a baseline for rate management across business units
  • Collect and structure rate cards and relevant data
  • Engage stakeholders across BU logistics teams to understand current ways of working
  • Contribute to logistics procurement digitalization initiatives (requirements, testing, implementation)
  • Drive standardization and improvement of commercial processes
  • Act as a link between Procurement Logistics, IT, suppliers, and business stakeholders
  • Support KPI implementation, monitoring, and follow-up
  • Contribute to business cases and continuous improvement initiatives

Who are we looking for?
You are curious, structured, and motivated by creating clarity in complex environments. You enjoy working with data, asking questions, and building something that did not exist before.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience within logistics, procurement, supply chain or a similar process-driven role
  • Have a commercial or operational educational background
  • Work in a structured, fact-based and data-driven manner
  • Are self-driven and take ownership of your tasks
  • Have a solid business understanding and a strong stakeholder mindset
  • Communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken

Appetite for more?
We are writing the next chapter of Group Procurement Logistics - and this role is key to building our future foundation.

If you want to work in a role with real impact, responsibility from day one, and the opportunity to shape how we work going forward, we would love to hear from you. Please feel free to contact Tina Søgaard Møller, Director, Group Procurement Logistics, on +45 24 91 90 38 to learn more.

We review candidates on an ongoing basis, so please send your CV and a few words about your motivation as soon as possible.

We expect to conduct first round interviews in week 25. The second round of interviews will take place June 23rd and 24th.

We look forward to hearing from you!
