Performance Management Specialist, Group Procurement 

Do you want to make a real impact in a large international company where it is never business as usual? And would you like to be responsible for the follow up on our Group Procurement - performance management in a challenging market? Then you might be our new colleague in Group Procurement, located at our headquarters in Randers.

 

We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist to join our Group Procurement (GP) team. Group Procurement is responsible for optimizing all non-meat spend across Danish Crown. 

You will be stepping into an international team of eight colleagues in DK and 12 in Poland who are working with a wide range of tasks aligning our procurement and reaching for the goals in our ambitious strategy. You will be a key person on this journey.

 

Do you want to be professionally challenged through a wide range of tasks?

Within your area of responsibilities, you will get a wide range of tasks, where your key tasks will include:

 

  • Validating the input (business cases) in the savings tracker coming from category management
  • Validating the weekly savings report before distribution to GP or other stakeholders
  • On a quarterly basis – align and adjust with the BU CFO to ensure year-end agreements on savings achievements
  • Driving the strategy and business review process with Top Management representatives on KPIs as per our strategy progress
  • Providing input to and create relevant slide decks relating to our strategy and KPI progress
  • Leading and driving a structured KPI process to ensure GP readiness to the annual target process from Finance and other stakeholders 
  • Distribute and communicate to CFOs on cost distributions as part of the budget process
  • On a weekly basis drive the internal KPI huddle meetings based on the weekly savings report
  • Review the department budget monthly with finance
  • Lead the annual budget process with finance and CPO
  • Create monthly reports to internal and external stakeholder

 

 

Structured and experienced team-player with strong analytical skills

You have 3+ years of documented Procurement and Finance experience and have experience with working in larger procurement matrix setups with different types of stakeholders. From your experience you have learned to manage stakeholders professionally (users, suppliers etc.) and you have the ability to manage conflict of interests.

Moreover, you are comfortable working with numbers and budgets, and are skilled working in SAP/MS Office/Excel. You have solid technical understanding and/or a commercial insight. Likewise, you have problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, with an eye for details and quality. Finally, you communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.
