People & Culture Transformation Manager

Area of Responsibility
As People & Culture Transformation Manager, you will join the global People & Culture (P&C) organization responsible for developing and managing the HR/IT project portfolio roadmap. Your primary focus will be to secure global process standardization across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, simplifying ways of working and enabling scalable, user-friendly solutions.


You will work closely with the Process Excellence team to ensure successful adoption of processes and technologies, delivering meaningful value through seamless and engaging experiences for managers and employees worldwide.


This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a global transformation journey, helping define and embed employee experience and solution adoption across the organization.


More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and deliver HR transformation initiatives, including organizational design, process improvements, and HR technology implementations
  • Establish and embed project governance, standards and reporting within the People & Culture PMO.
  • Partner with P&C leaders and business stakeholders to shape and prioritize change initiatives.
  • Manage project delivery end-to-end, including progress tracking, risk management, dependencies, and benefits realization.
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term impact.
  • Develop clear communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Build project management capabilities within P&C through coaching and sharing best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between multiple transformation initiatives and broader business strategy.
  • Define and anchor the global approach to solution adoption, employee experience, and engagement
  • Execute solution adoption and global process standardization in a consistent, compliant and efficient set-up; ensuring the AI agenda is included in the deliverables. 
  • Challenge existing processes and systems, analyze trends, and gather external input to generate actionable insights.
  • Act as a strong advocate for employees, ensuring their needs and perspectives shape solutions.

 

Who Are You?
You are an experienced transformation professional with a strong track record in global process optimization. You understand that stakeholder engagement, communication, and employee experience are critical to success.


You bring a structured yet agile approach and are confident working across all organizational levels from leadership to frontline employees. 


You can:

  • Apply employee experience frameworks to drive a global EX agenda.
  • Identify and implement practical, compliant AI use cases that enhance employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Design and execute change strategies that ensure adoption of HR/IT solutions.
  • Use tools such as employee journeys, personas, and design thinking to improve experiences. 
  • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and co-creation sessions to uncover insights and develop solutions.
  • Run pilots, gather feedback, and iterate before scaling initiatives globally.

 

You Have:

  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation or change programs, ideally within HR or people-related functions.
  • Strong project and program management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). 
  • Experience with portfolio management, process excellence tools, and employee experience methodologies (e.g., LEAN, EX journeys). 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels. 
  • The ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A clear and effective communication style, with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with design thinking and transformation approaches (e.g., lift-and-shift, shift-and-lift).


The position can be operated by our Headquarters in Randers or our local offices in Copenhagen or Krakow, Poland. Attendance in local factories etc. is expected.
