People, Culture & Communications

DNK-Randers, Danish Crown Vej

People & Culture Business Partner and Executive Assistant

Are you motivated by strategic HR collaboration, impactful project delivery, and working closely with senior leadership? Then join our global People, Culture & Communication organisation in Randers and become part of a transformative journey shaping the future of one of Denmark’s most iconic companies.

Danish Crown is undergoing one of the most ambitious and significant business transformations in Denmark. With sustainability, digitization, and operational excellence at the core, we are redefining the future of food production. Our People, Culture & Communication organisation plays a central role in this transformation - ensuring we have the right capabilities, culture, communication, and leadership in place to succeed.

Executive support & business partnering in a global people function
In this unique role, you will first and foremost serve as a close and trusted sparring partner to our SVP of People, Culture & Communication and the leadership team. You’ll structure leadership team meetings, performance board sessions and committee work, build business cases, develop impactful presentations and support executive decision processes. You will also be responsible for elements of budget planning and follow up - requiring a good understanding of numbers and a structured approach to financial tasks.

Alongside your executive support responsibilities, you will act as a trusted Business Partner and lead or contribute to selected projects and initiatives within the global People, Culture & Communication organisation. Here you will:

•    Support leadership teams
•    Drive strategic initiatives
•    Foster strong cross-functional collaboration
•    Support the company’s transformation journey
•    Gain exposure to a wide range of strategic initiatives
•    Contribute to projects both within the business and the People & Culture domain

Depending on your experience and interests, your partnering scope may extend beyond People, Culture & Communication, offering broader business exposure and opportunities to deepen your impact.

You will be based at our headquarters in Randers, Denmark. While this is an on site position, we recognize the importance of work life balance and aim to offer flexibility where possible in how the role is structured.

Who you are: A strategic, curious, and collaborative mindset
To succeed in this role, you bring a structured and analytical mindset and enjoy working with both people and data. You’re comfortable navigating complex environments and are skilled at designing and delivering clear, compelling presentations. You thrive on collaboration and relationship building and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to strategic priorities. While experience in multiple People, Culture & Communication roles is an advantage, it’s not a requirement - what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and commitment to learning.

This role offers significant development potential. It’s a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and the SVP of People, Culture & Communication, giving you direct exposure to all aspects of managing a global function, so it is important that you enjoy working in environment like this. Over time, the role can serve as a strong foundation for broader leadership positions within the function or the wider organisation.

What we offer:
•    Daily collaboration with the SVP and the LT and deep insight into the workings of a global People, Culture & Communication function, including executive decision making and board/committee processes
•    A broad and flexible Business Partner role tailored to your strengths and aspirations, with potential to expand beyond the People, Culture & Communication organisation
•    Opportunities to lead or contribute to projects and initiatives across the business representing People, Culture & Communication
•    Budget responsibility and the chance to grow your financial acumen, with support to develop analytical and data driven skills
•    A supportive environment focused on development, learning and meaningful impact, where your contributions help shape the future of our organisation
•    A front row seat in one of Denmark’s largest business transformations—with the chance to shape it from within.
