  • Facilitate structured collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on priorities and constraints.
  • Conduct scenario planning to model different production and supply chain outcomes and proactively mitigate risks such as raw material shortages or demand fluctuations.
  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and improve planning accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery.

We seek a self-driven Master Planner to lead planning initiatives and enhance value by leveraging scale across our production network. You will oversee analysis, coordination, and implementation of improvements in your planning areas. Your ability to establish collaboration both inside and around your planning responsibilities and to influence functional teams throughout the organization is key for success in this role. Therefore, it is important that you can navigate and thrive in a complex stakeholder landscape, and that you apply your interpersonal skills to create meaningful relationships across the group.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have a relevant B.Sc or M.Sc degree within supply chain OR a strong background in supply chain management & planning, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Be skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable plans and recommendations.
