IT Project Manager

In our IT Project Management Office, you’ll join a strong and dedicated team leading some of Danish Crown’s most complex and strategic IT related initiatives across Business Units and Group Functions. We work closely with both Business and IT, and we are passionate about creating value, quality, and real impact every single day.

We are looking for a new colleague to manage a global ERP reimplementation in our DAT-Schaub Business Unit while aligning with other IT initiatives.

Your role – enabling progress across IT in DAT-Schaub Group
As an IT Project Manager, you will be organizationally anchored in Danish Crown’s Global IT PMO, in our Randers Headquarter, while your primary focus will be on driving progress across the DAT-Schaub Group. In this role, you act as the central point ensuring structure, clarity, and alignment across DAT-Schaub’s global IT landscape. 

You will help prioritize, coordinate, and support initiatives within ERP, BI development, WMS, infrastructure, security, and integration with Danish Crown systems. You are expected to be on-site in Copenhagen, Axelborg office, approximately 3 days a week. 

Using Danish Crown Global IT’s project management model for governance, planning, and transparent reporting, you enable our technical specialists to concentrate on high quality delivery. Your work ensures informed decisions, consistent progress, and the right level of governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Although supporting DAT-Schaub, you will be part of a global setup and collaborate closely with Danish Crown Global IT, DAT-Schaub business units, and external partners.

Your main responsibilities includes

• Create and maintain a full overview of all IT projects across the DAT Schaub landscape (ERP rollouts, Medius implementations, WMS projects, BI development, infrastructure migrations, security initiatives, etc.)
• Ensure Danish Crown project models are applied consistently across ERP, WMS, Medius, BI, and infrastructure projects
• Develop and maintain portfolio overviews, resource plans, and dashboards
• Support alignment between DAT Schaub IT and Danish Crown Group IT
• Follow up on progress in international rollouts

We imagine you have

• A BSc or MSc in a relevant field
• Experience from PMO, project management, or IT management — ideally in an environment with ERP systems
• Understanding of supply chain processes, finance flows, WMS, and BI
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and project management tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to visualize data clearly
• You thrive on responsibility and bring a solution oriented mindset with you
