Head of PMO and Solution Adoption - People & Culture 

Danish Crown is reshaping its global People & Culture setup to create a unified, future‑ready organization. Danish Crown is undergoing significant global transformation, and the concept of employee experience and solution adoption is not yet established. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the P&C PMO and Solution Adoption agenda on a global scale.

 

Your area of Responsibility
As Head of PMO & Solution Adoption, you will be part of the global People & Culture organization, responsible for developing and managing the overall HR/IT project portfolio roadmap. Your primary focus will be to secure global process standardization across the hire-to-retire processes by defining and driving for simplifications and standards that enable easy adoption. 


To be successful, you will work closely with the Process Excellence team to ensure user adoption by implementing processes and technology solutions that deliver value to Danish Crown through effortless and engaging experiences for managers and employees.


More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead a team of engaged project managers and change & communication owners 
  • Manage and drive the overall HR/IT project portfolio for a 3–5 year roadmap. 
  • Design and anchor the overall strategy and concept for solution adoption, employee experience and engagement across the global organization. 
  • Execute solution adoption and global process standardization in a consistent, compliant and efficient set-up; ensuring the AI agenda is included in the deliverables. 
  • Develop a framework for measuring and tracking the impact of change and employee experience initiatives
  • Implement a methodology for workshop facilitation and focus groups with the aim of creating value by digitalizing and standardizing HR processes
  • Gather and analyze feedback from end-users and stakeholders at all levels in the organization to identify improvement areas and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Challenge existing processes and systems, analyze trends, and gather external input to generate actionable insights
  • Act as a strong ambassador for employee needs, ensuring their voices are included in projects and process improvements

 

Who are we looking for?
You have a proven track record of implementing process optimization projects in a global context. You focus on stakeholder involvement, communication and employee experience as key enablers.


Communication and stakeholder engagement come naturally to you and with a strong change management approach and Agile mindset, you can:

  • Apply recognized employee experience frameworks and drive the EX-agenda in a global organization
  • Apply practical AI use-cases to enhance employee experience where proven and compliant
  • Collaborate across all populations from management levels to the shop floor with strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline
  • Lead and coach your team on effective project management, process standardization and change management practices
  • Develop and implement methodologies for how to ensure adoption of HR/IT solutions through effective change management, employee journeys, personas and other employee experience tools to enhance employee satisfaction across the global organization. 
  • Conduct interviews, focus groups, and co-creation sessions using design thinking principles to identify pain points and co-develop solutions
  • Design and lead pilots to test new ideas, gather feedback, and iterate before rolling out full-scale implementations

 

You Have:

  • Experience in managing, coaching and developing high performing teams 
  • Proven record of working with project and/or portfolio management as well as process excellence tools and employee experience methodologies, for example LEAN and EX Journeys
  • Hands-on experience applying Design Thinking principles and lift-and-shift or shift-and-lift approaches
  • An analytical, creative and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail and openness to innovation
  • Deep knowledge of process optimization, preferably within an HR context
  • Experience from managing and leading IT and change/improvement projects 

 

The position can be operated by our Headquarters in Randers or our office in Copenhagen. Attendance in local factories etc. is expected. Travel is necessary to our various locations throughout Denmark as well as internationally.
