Global Process Owner, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Area of Responsibility
As Global Process Owner at Danish Crown you will be part of the global People & Culture organization, responsible for defining, building and driving the global processes for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding across all populations and geographies.
Your primary focus will be to drive the implementation of global recruiting and onboarding processes across Danish Crown. In doing so, you will secure consolidation of fragmented processes into one global way of working.
You will be part of a team of Global Process Owners where you will collaborate closely with colleagues in local countries, IT, P&C Shared Services as well as the global Solution Adoption team.
More specifically, you will:
- Serve as the global owner for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes, ensuring cross functional process alignment.
- Establish and lead the community for governance of the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding concept, covering all employee types.
- Together with local HR, Shared Service Center and IT, lead improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency and drive employee satisfaction.
- Based on best practice standards, you will partner with HR IT teams (e.g. on ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure processes are optimized within digital tools.
- Define global requirements for workflow configuration, demand planning, sourcing, candidate selection, offer management, and pre-and onboarding
- Support user acceptance testing and change impact assessments for technology releases.
- Define and maintain global KPIs and dashboards Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (e.g. Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Onboarding completion and experience).
- Monitor process performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership, recommending strategic actions.
- Ensure maintenance and regular updates of global process documentation, including process maps and work instructions.
- Ensure development of training materials, process guides, and communication plans for new processes or changes.
Who Are You?
You have a proven track record of working with Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes and concepts, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
Communication and stakeholder engagement come naturally to you and with a strong change management approach and Agile mindset, you can:
- Standardize highly fragmented processes based on thorough analysis and planning
- Design and implement the future Talent Acquisition and Onboarding concept for P&C Danish Crown.
- Present key value drivers for business cases and optimizations based on the main findings from stakeholders.
- Define and implement global process standards, policies, and KPIs to ensure consistency across all regions.
- Collaborate with local HR functions, Shared Service Center, and the wider HR and IT community to align processes with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardization using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
You Have:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to drive for standardizations in a complex setting
- An analytical, creative and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail and openness to innovation
- Deep knowledge Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process optimization
- Experience from managing and leading IT and change/improvement projects
- Flair for logical thinking and finding synergies across processes
The position can be operated by our Headquarters in Randers or our local offices in Copenhagen or Krakow, Poland. Attendance in local factories etc. is expected.
