Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

You will join our Danish Crown BU Finance FP&A team, a team of 5 are waiting to welcome you into a collaborative and performance-oriented environment where we handle the planning process and drive analytical insights across our business unit.
Additionally, you can look forward to flexible working conditions with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

From planning to financial analysis and performance reporting 
As FP&A manager, you will collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders across our customer-centric organisation – from local finance managers at our sites and sales offices, central Finance, and the business. Doing so, you will work to continuously improve the planning process and drive valuable insights.

Furthermore, you will:

• Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting
• Handle performance reporting and present analysis to senior management
• Prepare management presentations and evaluate business performance to bring insights into variances in budget and/or forecast
• Implement best practice tools and leverage technology in FP&A 
• Be responsible for continuously improving our planning process and analyse the accuracy of numbers

You bring a strong sense of stakeholder management and business acumen

This role requires a passion for optimising processes and validating the numbers as well as a business-oriented mindset. It is also vital that you know how to navigate a matrix organisation and can interact with and manage stakeholders at all levels. 

Moreover, you:

• Have a few years of experience from a similar position e.g. as a business partner or finance manager/specialist 
• Have a relevant educational background as cand.merc. or cand.eocon. 
• Bring a strong proficiency in MS Office – and knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage but not a requirement
• Speak and write English and Danish fluently
