Director, Senior Finance Business Partner, Manufacturing

As Director, Senior Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing, you will be a trusted advisor to the senior management team responsible for our Industry manufacturing business and a critical contributor to the delivery of Danish Crown's operational and strategic ambitions. This is much more than a traditional finance role. You will sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, helping to steer decisions that drive productivity, profitability, investment priorities, and long-term value creation across our manufacturing footprint.

You will translate strategic objectives into financial insights and actionable plans, providing the leadership team with the analysis, challenge, and recommendations needed to navigate a dynamic business environment. From major investment decisions and transformation initiatives to performance optimization and cost competitiveness, you will help ensure that resources are allocated effectively and that business decisions create sustainable value.

Your Responsibilities

As a strategic finance partner, you play a central role in shaping and supporting the manufacturing agenda by translating business strategy into financial priorities and actionable plans, while also;

• Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to improve operational and financial results
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, explaining key drivers and recommending corrective actions
• Drive business case development, scenario modelling, and impact analyses supporting strategic initiatives
• Facilitate CAPEX processes and support investment and reinvestment decisions

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced senior finance business partner with a proven record of performing high impact strategic business partnering by utilizing strong financial capabilities. 

You most likely bring:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar
• 8+ years of experience with strategic Finance Business Partnering, operations finance, manufacturing finance or similar role
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into insights and impact
• Experience supporting production, supply chain, or operations environments
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business case development
• The ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and influence decisions
• A structured and proactive working style
• Experience with SAP, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage

Fluency in English (writing and oral) and Danish (working proficiency).

Most importantly, you are comfortable in a transformation environment where roles and processes are still being shaped.
