Digital Creative Content Specialist 

Do you love to develop digital creative concepts that engage the consumers? And are you eager to boost social communities and get the conversation going? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for in our Digital Experiences team.

You will become a part of Danish Crown Categories, a newly established organisation, where we develop our business through a focus on branding, consumer engagement and digital transformation. 


Specifically, you will become a part of the Digital Experiences team - a great team who work with Danish Crown's digital presence and communities on both social media, websites, and other digital touchpoints. We transform the digital presence of Danish Crown’s brands including Den Grønne Slagter, Friland, Steff Houlberg and Tulip.


Get responsibility while you create inspiring SoMe content
Your main responsibility in this role is to ensure the creative brand feeling for our social media platforms and contribute to the general content production and planning on owned digital platforms, primarily in Danish. You will get the chance to ensure that our brands have an engaging, relevant and open dialogue with the consumers which aims at improving brand performance and reputation (in close collaboration with our community manager). 


Your specific tasks include:

  • Boost our digital communities on social media to ensure we bond with consumers and tap into their interests around a passion for food
  • Develop content plans, primarily in Danish, for social media channels together with the brand teams on Steff Houlberg, Mou, Tulip, Tulip Bacon and Den Grønne Slagter. You get the idea, write the copy and brief our graphical designer and ad specialist. 
  • Include social media in our eco system of touchpoints and interactions with consumers
  • Act as a sparring partner for the business on digital content created by our creative agency for campaigns 
  • Handle the social media performance of consumer brands nationally and ensure high return on media investments
  • Close collaboration with both our marketing and communication department to secure that the activities on social media are aligned with the overall strategy.


As a starting point, this position is a 1-year employment with the possibility to be extended to a permanent position.  


Create results through your digital content toolbox 
You hold a master’s degree within Communication, Marketing, Media Science (Medievidenskab) or the like with a couple of years of experience working with brands on social media and maybe creative content processes. You have a solid brand understanding and know what it means for brands to have a clear identity and follow a sharp strategic track. You have a real motivation for the digital field and have an eye for what it takes to create exciting content and ensure impact on digital platforms. You must be fluent in Danish, since you will have to produce most of the content in Danish. You speak and write English at negotiation level.


You are curious with a desire to get to know our business and consumers. One of your skills is your structured working approach which enables you to create a good overview of a lot of ongoing tasks. You are able to balance being committed on plans and setup but also pragmatic and practical when this is needed. As the rest of our team, you are a great team member, and you meet your surroundings with a smile and a positive attitude.
