Consumer Insights Specialist, Temp

Become a part of a great team
Overall, you will become a part of Global Categories, Marketing & Innovation. Here you will more precisely join our Insights & Future Formats team, where you will work closely together with 10 great colleagues. Insights & Future Formats is responsible for building future solutions based on strong insights into consumer and market conditions. You will become a part of an exciting environment among several leading food brands (Tulip, Steff Houlberg, Mou, Gøl, Den Grønne Slagter, Friland) and dedicated colleagues who are all excited about insights and creating a more sustainable future for food.
Get an important role in coordination, collecting data and executing on projects
You will be responsible for driving our strategic focus on consumers both in Denmark and internationally - in close collaboration with our functional responsible for Consumer Insights. You will participate in projects related to insights - including conducting independent analyses based on the organisation's inquiries and acting as project manager through coordination and dialogue with both internal and external partners. Moreover, you will be responsible for keeping an overview of your own projects and ensuring execution.
Together with our functional responsible for Consumer Insights, you will ensure that consumer insights are implemented in commercial solutions. Your area of responsibility covers, among other things, the following tasks:
- Ensure that knowledge about market and consumer conditions is available and is actively shared widely with the surrounding organisation
- Advise internal stakeholders in relation to the choice of method, analysis design, and choice of research partners - as well as ensuring high quality in all parts of the research process
- Drive quantitative and qualitative market research projects – independently and in collaboration with our external partners – and ensuring that research is translated into clear recommendations that will guide decision-making across our business units
- Continuously bring the organisation up to date about the latest food and consumer trends.
- Carry out various types of tests of new products, marketing concepts and market communication.
Can do attitude with a data driven and commercial mindset
You hold a relevant commercial education, e.g., Cand.merc or similar with a focus on marketing. Ideally, you have a few years of experience from a similar role, e.g., from a FMCG company, a research agency, or a consultancy. You might already have worked with research and insights as well as coordinating projects in this area. You have an analytical mindset; you know of statistical methods, and you are able to process and make sense of large quantities of date. In addition, it is essential that you speak and write English, as you will work with a lot of international stakeholders both internally and externally.
You bring a lot of commitment and are ready to help where it is needed across the team's wide range of tasks. With your good coordination skills, you manage to keep an overview while building good relationships with internal and external partners.
