AI Developer

The Team
You will join the App, Automation & AI team based at our headquarters in Randers, Denmark, operating within the Data & AI division of Global IT. We work across business units to build AI solutions that improve processes, enable data-driven operations, and introduce intelligent automation where it matters most.

Our environment is collaborative and hands-on, and we encourage curiosity and continuous learning. You will be working with other developers and engineers to deliver AI solutions with high business value. 

About the Role
As an AI Developer, your time will be split between hands-on development, day-to-day operations, and architectural contribution. This includes designing, building, and refining AI agent workflows using open-source frameworks, writing production-quality Python code, and ensuring safe and reliable release practices through CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure managed as code.

You will help monitor deployed solutions, respond to early signals before they become issues, and participate actively in daily stand-ups and team ceremonies. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI agent workflows using open-source frameworks.
• Develop production-ready Python code, including API design and backend integrations.
• Ship changes safely using CI/CD pipelines with automated build, testing, security scanning, and deployment stages.
• Deploy and operate containerised workloads on Kubernetes in production-grade environments.
• Monitor deployed solutions, analyse signals, and act early to prevent issues from becoming business problems.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, team ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong    Python development experience, including API design and integration work.
• Hands-on experience using LLM SDKs, orchestration frameworks, and open-source AI tooling.
• Understanding of Kubernetes for production-level containerised deployments.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and Azure AI Agents Framework, including multi-agent orchestration, MCP tools, and RAG grounding using verified enterprise data.

Additional qualifications required for success in this role include:

• Demonstrated knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, with experience in Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in utilizing Azure DevOps throughout the entire CI/CD toolchain.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and clearly articulate architectural considerations.
• A minimum of three years’ experience as a developer.
• And finally, you speak and write both Danish and English.
