Marketing Project Specialist

At our HQ in Randers, you will find our Category Organization team where your new desk awaits you. Here, 6 dedicated colleagues hold the category responsibility for  Meal ingredients like Bacon, Toppings and Dried Hams, which includes delivering the right strategies, driving innovation, building customer and consumer insights, optimising category portfolios and more. 


A seat at the table?
With the goal of accelerating the growth of our bacon category, this is an open invitation to influence the agenda and participate in and drive category projects in our portfolio from a commercial perspective. The projects will have both upstream and downstream character, and could be background analysis for CAPEX-investment, market and consumer analysis or innovation projects to name a few examples.


You will as Project Specialist also assists the Category Director in meetings where you will ensure follow up on action points and preparation of material.  You are also expected to partly join or lead projects, that relate to the categories of Toppings and Dried Hams.


More specifically, you will work with:

  • Category strategies follow up towards markets and at global level
  • Design-to-Value projects on product or category level
  • Concept testing of product and packaging innovations
  • Lead and drive our Food Passion platform
  • Analysis of market and consumer trends
  • Recommendation for CAPEX in packaging or capacity expansion
  • Category presentations for internal and external purposes

Can you balance commercial opportunities within Europe’s largest bacon supply chain?
Founded in a solid business understanding, you excel in facilitating decision-making based on a commercial mindset and a holistic understanding of the value chain. You are highly communicative and able to engage stakeholders – both external and internal – in your projects to ensure alignment and progress. 


Furthermore, you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience with project management, business or strategy development, strategic marketing or similar within the FMCG industry
  • Have a master’s degree in international marketing, business strategy or similar
  • Speak and write fluent English
