HR Analyst, Global Mobility & Reward 

Do you have a curiosity about people and organization? We in Danish Crown are on an exciting journey to build a new HR and we need you to help Danish Crown understand how we should reward our employees and how HR should measure our own performance with core KPI’s.


Your new job

You will report to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and work from our Headquarters in Randers. Your will have the primary responsibility for HR Analytics - but you will have a broad range of tasks within Compensation, Benefits and Mobility which will fill most of your workday. Global Compensation and Benefits is today a team of two, a Mobility Consultant who focus on moving employees across borders and the Global Head of C&B. You will be the third member of the team and will get in-depth experience with most tasks within C&B and Mobility.


Compensation & Benefits:

Help Danish Crown understand how we should reward our employees through:

  • Support with implementation of our career framework to ensure that we have one common language about profiles in terms of position requirements, personal abilities & performance norms
  • Drive the development of global base pay structures and give base pay support
  • Support with driving and maintaining various bonus processes
  • Support with global benefits through external partners
  • Support with mobility tasks when needed
  • Act as back-up for the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits.


HR Analytics:

  • Support the development and maintenance of HR KPI definitions
  • Design and drive our HR KPI reporting, presently on headcount, turnover & absence
  • Support the Head of Group HR with add hoc analysis and presentations.


Your Profile

You hold a degree in Economics, Management, HR or another relevant subject – and this could be your first job after graduation. You are good with numbers, structured, analytical and have a flair for IT – and you thrive with delivering real solutions to real people in a global context. You communicate well at all levels and meet the organization in good spirits. Understanding Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
