Reward and Performance Professional

 

Area of responsibility:

  • Being part in building a HR Operations team at our Global Business Service (GBS) office in Krakow that will consist of HR professionals that over time will support the global HR agenda in Danish Crown and establishing our HR Shared Service processes for the future of running HR Operations.
  • Participating in global HR transformation project delivering on estiablishing processes and system.
  • Ensure that our GBS team will be part of building our Global Standards for Performance & Reward.
  • Partake in already running processes and support the Performance & Reward function

 

Specific tasks:

  • Driving, coordinating and supporting our Performance Management Process through SuccessFactors. We have two Performance Processes in SuccesFactors - one linked to our bonus program for executives and one for employees without bonus.
  • Day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Performance Management processes, as well as helping designing future processes and onboarding new business units and business areas.
  • Support with other reward processes such as the salary regulation proces.
  • Participating in building GBS processes for HR.

 

Educational background:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in HR or related fieds
  • Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors would be an asset
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Polish/Danish/German/French/Swedish will be an asset

 

Relevant experience:

  • 3-7 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in relation to SAP HR/SuccessFactors will be an advantage
  • Experience with MicroSofts office 365.
  • Knowledge of Performance System administration and processes.
  • Knowledge of variable pay administration and processes
  • Ability to plan, design and conduct complex activities
  • Very good English skills (min B2+)
  • Self-motivation and good teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mind and attention to details.
  • Willingness to be a part of dynamic and challenging job environment
