Procurement Content Administrator

 

Area of responsibility:

  • Delivers high quality, professional and proactive day to day service within agreed SLA’s and ensures they are fulfilled according to the agreed timetable
  • Responsible for adding, maintaining and monitoring catalogues in e-procurement system and contracts in Contract Management tool
  • Aims at improving operational efficiency, adding value, improving business performance and continuous improvement

 

Specific tasks:

  • Cooperates with Buyers, Category Managers and Reporting Analytics Team
  • Contributes to achieving SLA targets
  • Adds, maintains and monitors catalogues in e-procurement system
  • Adds, maintains and monitors contracts in Contract Management tool
  • Contacts Suppliers in case of issues with catalogues and conducts external trainings if needed
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities

 

Educational background:

  • University diploma (Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing)
  • Strong command of spoken and written English language

 

Relevant experience and skills:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in BPO or SSC procurement organization, min. 1,5 year experience in similar role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Purchasing experience
  • Good client facing and presentation skills
  • Previous experience with  e-procurement systems and Contract Management tools
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
