PMO - Business Process Models and Methods Lead

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and own Implementation projects related (but not limited) to Business Process Modeling standards across the Danish Crown Organization utilizing dedicated technology and tooling mainly within Finance, Procurement, Master Data and other domains
  • Mange and own other projects related to GBS pipeline including planning, coordination, status reporting, finance and stekeholders management across Finance, Procurement and Master Data
  • Monitor the projects ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented
  • Own and promote Danish Crown Business Process Modeling metodology, standards, technology and documentation
  • Create and maintain Business Modeling standards, best practices and training materials
  • Build, expand and maintain networking and relationships across organization to promote GBS and Danish Crown BPM methods
  • Supporting Transformation/Center of Excellence/Operational Excellecance/CI Projects and other projests with Danish Crown BPM standards and methods
  • Supporting Danish Crown BPM Trainings and Events
  • Own Governance  of Business Process Modeling standars in the organization

 

Educational background and skills:

  • University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance or Economics area
  • MS Office high literacy
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, Client Facing skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to changing business targets and goals
  • Certifications in Projects Management  
  • Ability to work within international team

 

Relevant experience:

  • Proven experience in managing various projects for at least 3-5 years including Finance, Procurement, Master Data or others
  • Experience of adopting and using BPMN standards and applying on various projects
  • Experience in using BPMN technology
  • Experience of Business Process Model and Notation Standards
  • Overall working experience in GBS/SSC/BPO organizations for several years

 

Nice to have:

  • Good understanding of Finance, Procurement, Master Data will be an advantage
  • German or Danish language skills will be as asset
  • SAP knowledge
  • Transition / Transformation / CI experience
