Junior IT Supporter

 

Area of responsibility:

  • Line IT support for end- users in Danish Crown

 

 

Specific tasks:

  • Provide good customer service
  • Act as One department - as well in Global IT Infrastructure and Operations as in Global IT
  • Act responsibly, curiously and persistently
  • Be true to our strategy and follow it
  • Solution - oriented
  • Analytical
  • Good skills for communication
  • Provide advice on Infrastructure standards
  • Can prioritize your own tasks
  • Can work both independently and as a team player
  • Desire to learn new things
  • Everything must be documented
  • Taking care of conflicts

  • Avoid stress and learn to say no in a constructive manner
  • For relevant roles; Willingness to travel - locally and abroad
  • For relevant roles; Flexible regarding working hours

 

Educational background:

  • ITIL foundation knowledge
  • Familiar with ITSM ticket systems (Danish Crown uses Ivanti Service Manager, also called HEAT)
  • Basic knowladge about Citrix and VPN
  • Basic IT knowladge of: O365 suite, win10 operating system, remote access, telephony, digital signage

 

Relevant experience:

  • 6-12 months in similar role
  • Polish - both spoken and written
  • English - both spoken and written
  • Service minded
