Data Management Administrator- Analyst


Area of responsibility:

  • As the Data Management Administrator / Analyst you play a leading role in delivering high quality and cost-effective service, and oversees the process or part of the process.
  • Supports Team Leader in monitoring and managing workload, to ensure deliver of services within agreed SLA’s and according to timetable agreed.
  • Engages team members in the delivery of accurate, reliable and targeted outcomes that meet expectations.
  • Drives continues improvements within the team
  • Close cooperation with other streams (AP, GL, Procurement etc.)
  • Ensures Standard Operating Procedures are up to date.
  • Variables tasks may be extended to accommodate business and project needs


Specific tasks:

  • Coordinate MDM month-end close activities and reporting.
  • Maintains and coordinates Master Data creation, updating and reporting on purchased materials, services, traded goods, finance and procurement data.
  • Acts as a reviewer for more complex processes.
  • Processes more complex transactions and reports within the Finance Team.
  • Coordinates accuracy and compliance checks.
  • Provides support to junior team members, performs trainings for junior team members.
  • Maintains good professional relationships with other team members.
  • Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team.
  • Sets up and maintains mass tool applications and scripts.
  • Performs master data cleansing and updating.
  • Participation in transformation and projects.


Educational background and skills:

  • Master's Degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Experience with analysing and extracting data (e.g. via SQVI, SQ01, SE16)
  • Experience with ETL tools, such as LSMW
  • Experience working with Excel.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Very good English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem sloving skills, with attendtion on details
  • Experience with data profiling tools, nice to have
  • Defining and setting up master data rules, nice to have



Relevant experience:

  • 4-6 years’ experience working with data.
