Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is a key part of Danish Crown’s transformation journey. We strive to be a trusted partner to the business by providing scale and standardized, efficient and effective services, thereby achieving the strategic goals of the business.

GBS and its three Centers of Excellence act as the Group Digital Transformation engine for Finance, Procurement, and Master data. Our Operational teams provide global services for Finance, Procurement, Master data, HR, and IT with the ambition to further move up the value chain and expand its service portfolio.

Sr. Manager, Global People Services


Area of responsibility:

  • Daily manager and responsible for the Global People Service team in Krakow
  • Responsible for three areas which includes:
    • Master data and transactional support to different countries (Currently DK, GE, UK and China in scope. Next phase will be Sweden and The Netherlands).
      • Handle tickets according to describd processes and within described time towards the organisation.
      • Ensure a seemles collaboration between Global People Services and the different country HR organisations
      • Follow-up on key HR KPI’s and metrixes to continousely improve performance and collaboration
      • Ensure optimal Resource allocation and utilization
    • Team responsible for Global Learning & Development, and Global HR process support
      • Ensure a smooth support within L&D to the global organisation
      • Co-owner of the LMS system in DC and the usage and continuouse development.
    • Team responsible for onboarding new countries into the master data and transactional team, as well as future HR standards and systems.
      • Help define roadmap for future implementations
      • Define resource needs
  • Responsible for identifying and taking over HR tasks from the different countries
  • Optimise overall administrative HR services and support to managers globally
  • Support the digitalization of HR processes in Danish Crown.
  • Create a strong collaboration and delivery culture within the different teams and across.
  • Manage relationships with Key Stakeholders in HR and in the business.
  • Define a future strategy for the Global People serives and break it down into yearly actions.
  • Ensure a well functioning and effective onboarding process for new emplyees
  • Securing effectiveness of global operational processes and standards
  • Part of the Global HR Operations Management team.


Educational background:

  • Bechelor or Master's Degree in HR or related fieds
  • Knowledge of SAP and SsuccessFactors would be an asset
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Danish/German/French/Swedish will be an asset


Relevant experience:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in relation to SAP HR/SuccessFactors or other cloud providers will be an advantage
  • Experience in managing a shared service organisation
  • Ability to plan, design and conduct complex activities
  • Very good English skills (min B2+)
  • Self-motivation and good teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mind and attention to details.
  • Willingness to be a part of dynamic and challenging job environment
