Senior Reward Specialist

Become part of our great team 
Overall, you will become part of our Group HR.  Here you will more precisely join our Performance, Reward & Mobility Team, where you will work closely together with 4 great team members. You will also work extensively with the rest of the HR organization ensuring a common view on how we structure employees, jobs, and reward statistics. 

 

Ensure fair pay through fair pay structures and appropriate processes.
The main purpose of this job is to ensure a fair pay to all white collars. This is to be achieved through a fair and understood pay positioning. This pay positioning should to a higher and higher degree be based on understood and accepted pay structures and performance-based merit regulations. The secondary purpose is to provide general support within the Reward area mostly regarding bonus and performance. The main tasks will be: 

 

  • Ensure the development of yearly pay structures to satisfy the needs of the business – ensure that these pay structures are trusted accepted and used as the primary source for pay positioning. 
  • Train the HR organisation and the business in pay positioning.
  • Prepare material for the approval of the salary regulation process and implement the decisions as the salary regulation process.
  • Ensure that we participate in Mercer surveys in accordance with our membership agreement. 
  • Analyse the salary regulation data to provide guidance to the decision makers regarding base pay to ensure fair pay – especially regarding statutory requirements and company commitments such as equal pay between the sexes.  
  • Act as back up on our Performance and Development Dialogue process (PDP), which is handled in SuccessFactors – and participate in the STI settlement process in October to December.    
  • Support the building of a performance culture by promoting merit-based salary regulations and the promotion of performance management dialogues with goals and feedback. 
  • Provide considered guidance to and project management of other HR employees supporting the tasks within your area of responsibility.
  • Run job classification projects within designated areas. 
  • Support with other Performance, Reward and Mobility tasks when needed.

Ideally, you have experience from working with building job pay structures, conducting salary regulation, and implementing job classifications in an international business. You bring a lot of commitment and have the skills and patience to make our pay practices understood.
