Recruitment & HR Intern

 

 

About the Role

The HR & Recruitment Intern will support the HR team in daily recruitment activities, interview coordination and selected people-related initiatives across the organization. Besides recruitment, the role also offers exposure to areas such as employee engagement, development, wellbeing and general HR operations.

This position provides an opportunity to learn how HR processes work in practice and observe the full employee lifecycle in an international environment. The role involves close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders, supporting both operational and coordination-related activities.

 
You will be a part of weekly team meetings, where we value you opinion and inputs. It will be expected that you size the opportunities that we provide and that you are curious, engaging, positive, agile, flexible and a person that values working closely together as a team. The team is new, but packed with knowledge, experience and determination to reach our individuel and team goals together trough collaboration and open dialogues. We will have an open door policy and flat structure that will allow you to always ask questions or reach out for help within the team. As it will be expect that you will help if a colleague needs it, with you being mindful of your tasks, calendar and work load.

This internship opportunity is planned for an initial period of 6 months.

Area of responsibility & Specific tasks


  • Scheduling interviews with candidates, aligning with hiring managers’ calendars and available rooms
  • Initial screening of CVs for multiple roles across all line of business
  • Close collaboration with team colleagues and relevant stakeholders, on multiple levels
  • Observational role in the full recruitment cycle, from kick-off meetings to interviews
  • Possibility for hands on learning of the full range of recruitment cycle
  • Supporting activities related to employee development, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assisting with simple internal communication materials and coordination, if needed
  • Providing support with various ad hoc tasks related to HR administration and facility management
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, trainings and other team-related activities

 

 

Educational background

  • Educational background in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields will be an asset

 

 

Relevant experience

  • No experience required but previous experience with HR/customer service will be an asset

 

 

Specific requirements

  • A well-organized and proactive person with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Someone detail-oriented, reliable and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks and “get things done.”
  • Interest in HR, recruitment and people-related processes
  • Good knowledge of English and confidence in working in an international environment
  • Availability to work in a flexible, part-time student worker setup
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and readiness to support the team in various day-to-day activities
