Procurement Business Process Manager

Area of responsibility:
- Work together with Head of CoE Procurement on setting the process excellence agenda by providing the best practice insights to the process and technology components within Procurement, Sourcing and Logistics
- Is responsible for leading the team of experts (up to 5 people), motivating, assigning work and complex problem identification and resolution.
- Lead procurement and logistics process transformation
- Aim at improving process and motivates staff to do the same.
- Focus on continuous development of business relationships with Business Units.
- Variables tasks may be extended to accommodate business and project needs
Specific tasks:
- Actively work with Business Units and Client to transform Procurement and deploy global standards
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements within procurement processes
- Co-lead transformation projects – provide support for S2P Project Manager
- Identify and mitigate risks in Procurement processes
- Lead meetings and workshops with different stakeholders
- Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the internal Client, within agreed OKRs
- Cooperate closely with Group Procurement, Business Partners and IT on building the best solution for Procurement organization
- Act as delegated Global Standard owner for Procurement processes
- Is responsible for review and approval of Procurement documentation
- Occasional travel to Business locations depending on project typ
Educational background:
- University diploma (Business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent)
- Post diploma studies/ courses in Management is an advantage
Relevant experience:
- Min 8 years of experience in the Procurement area, operations, and/or transformation, incl. at least 2 years in people and process management
- Procurement knowledge is a must, logistics highly recommended
- Experience in Procurement process transformation
- Experience in Project Management
- Very Good client-facing and presentation skills
