GBS and its three Centers of Excellence act as the Group Digital Transformation engine for Finance, Procurement, and Master data. Our Operational teams provide global services for Finance, Procurement, Master data, HR, and IT with the ambition to further move up the value chain and expand its service portfolio.
Area of Responsibility
As Manager of People Services in Danish Crown, you will be part of the global People & Culture organisation, responsible for the daily operations of the global People Services team. Your primary focus will be to lead and develop the team of 6 employees responsible for processing global master data. You will do so by supporting the global organisation on master data processes while ensuring operational efficiency and excellent data quality.
In this role, you will also play a key role in process optimization initiatives. You will collaborate closely with colleagues within People Experience to identify opportunities for transitioning more administrative processes to the People Service team.
Danish Crown is undergoing significant global transformation, and the potential of the global People Services team has not yet been fully applied. This is a unique opportunity to influence the build-up of the global People Services area in Danish Crown.
More specifically, you will:
- Ensure day-to-day operations according to described processes and Service Level Agreements
- Lead and develop team members
- Contribute to positioning of the global HR Master Data and People Service function across the global organization
- Ensure effectiveness of global operational processes and standards by securing knowledge management framework, including well-documented Standard Operating Procedures
- Follow-up on key HR KPI’s to continuously drive performance and collaboration
- Secure successful process transitioning to global People Services by identifying and preparing administrative processes and competencies for hand-over
- Support the digitalization and standardization of back-end HR processes across the organization.
Who are you?
You have a proven track record of delivering operational excellence on HR master data and admin processes. You have a flair for data and logic that you combine with strong drive for change management. You put these competencies into play when balancing management of daily operations with more strategic process transitioning.
Communication and stakeholder engagement comes natural to you. You have a change mindset and can identify and implement process optimizations – also in difficult situations.
You have:
- Excellent team working and motivational skills
- Strong communication, change and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing a shared services organization
- Deep understanding of operational HR processes and cloud services – preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach and a mindset for critical thinking
- Structured approach and logical way of thinking
