Area of Responsibility:

As Operations Coordinator, you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture, handling daily operational support on global HR processes via service request from the business.

The primary responsibility of the team of 6, is to maintain global HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors. The team is growing to take over more responsibilities for providing support on recruitment and contract creation for the Netherlands and Denmark, and we are seeking new colleague to support those processes.

There is a growing demand for direct contact with business stakeholders, so it is key to deliver high quality service to the business while working in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement.

 

 

More specifically, you will:

  • Support hiring managers on recruiting tasks in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Maintain and update employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors, by supporting transactions for Hirings, Job Changes, Terminations, Personal Data changes.
  • Generate digital legal documents such as contracts and addendums.
  • Gatekeeper of process and quality and document quality by ensuring data completeness and accuracy
  • Provide high quality and timely support and service to the business; local HR, Managers and employees

Who are you?

  • Strong attention to details.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Structured approach and logical way of thinking
  • Very good English skills (min B2).
  • 1 year experience in an HR field.
  • Preferably experience from similar role working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
