GBS and its three Centers of Excellence act as the Group Digital Transformation engine for Finance, Procurement, and Master data. Our Operational teams provide global services for Finance, Procurement, Master data, HR, and IT with the ambition to further move up the value chain and expand its service portfolio.

Area of responsibility:


  • Responsible for building and operating our Global Standards for Learning Management and Administration
  • Responsible for global LMS system and related processes
  • Resposbile for delivering global learning and development content to different stakeholders/projects across the global Danish Crown Group
  • Build up in-house function to deliver e-learning and visuals learning forms
  • Ensure seamless course coordination and administration together with local learning coordinators in the different countries
  • Ensure our Global People Service function will be part of the development of our Global Standards for Learning Management and Administration
  • Participate in already running processes and support the learning and development function in Group HR
  • Participating in global HR transformation project delivering on training and learning activities for the global roll-out
  • Managerial resposility to other HR specialists working with the global HR processes and are anchored in the Global People Service team
  • Drive and/or pariticipate in cross functional projects as L&D specialist
  • Contribute to building functional L&D strategies across the Danish Crown value chain, both on a global and local level
  • Perform L&D advisory / partnering towards key stakeholders within line of business


Specific tasks:


  • Leading, coordinating and supporting our Learning Management through SuccessFactor LMS.
  • Drive a CI agenda within L&D, optimizing Learning Management processes
  • Day-to-day administration and maintenance of Learning & Development processes, as well as helping designing future processes and onboarding new business units and business areas.
  • Participating in building GBS processes for HR


Educational background:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in HR or related fieds
  • Knowledge of SAP and SsuccessFactors would be an asset


Relevant experience:


  • 7-10 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in relation to SAP HR/SuccessFactors or other cloud providers will be an advantage
