HR Business Partner
Area of responsibility:
- Partner with managers and employees to support business objectives through effective people solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and business transformation initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and development activities.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and other HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Analyze people-related data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Promote company culture, values, and leadership principles.
Specific tasks:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters and people decisions.
- Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and follow up on action plans.
- Participate in organizational design and restructuring projects.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Support offboarding processes and exit interviews.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Lead or contribute to local and global HR projects.
Educational background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
Relevant experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Experience supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle ("hire to retire").
- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or matrix organization is an advantage.
- Exposure to employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
