H2R Operations Team Leader

 

Area of Responsibility:

 

As an H2R Operations Team Leader you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and effective support of Business Partners, Managers and Employees in the following fields: employee lifecycle, personnel administration, organizational management, contractual documentation, SuccessFactors administration. You will work closely with local HR teams, managers, and employees, ensuring compliance with internal standards and service level agreements.
You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across the employee lifecycle and supporting payroll-related activities through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 

More specifically, you will:

 

  • Play a crucial role in the company transformation through ensuring the processes transferred to GBS are set up in the most efficient way
  • Manage a team of H2R Coordinators / Specialists, supervising daily operations and workload, planning and organisation of work
  • Manage Process Performance – monitoring KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, working with data to assess the process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Supervise the delivery of employee lifecycle processes for all business areas supported by GBS
  • Own the development of business process documentation
  • Ensure process compliance with local regulations
  • Support the Process Director with long-term planning of the team’s structure based on the business needs, team capacity, and budget requirements
  • Act as a gatekeeper of employee data quality, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems
  • Actively work on process improvements and standardization initiatives
  • Manage escalations and non-standard queries

You have:

 

•    2+ years of experience in leading HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration teams 
•    Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire) processes
•    Experience working with KPIs, SLA and operational reporting
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive process improvements
•    Experience developing and maintaining process documentation
•    Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
•    Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
•    Experience with supporting change, transformation would be an asset

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline 
•    Relevant certifications in Administration, HR Operations, Payroll or HR Systems are considered an asset

 

Nice to have:

 

•    Experience in process transition or service-migration projects
•    Experience with supporting change, transformation
