Global P&C Operations Intern
Area of Responsibility
As P&C Operations Intern, you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture, supporting the team with daily operational HR activities and administration across the employee lifecycle.
The HR Master Data team provides operational support for global HR processes and maintains employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors. The team also supports employment documentation for selected Danish Crown entities.
As an Intern, you will work closely with experienced HR Master Data colleagues and support the delivery of accurate and timely HR services to the business. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, HR systems, employee data and HR administration in an international environment.
More specifically, you will:
- Support the HR Master Data team with daily HR administration and operational activities
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors based on approved requests and established procedures
- Support basic HR transactions related to employee lifecycle activities, including hires, job changes, terminations and personal data changes
- Assist with the preparation and administration of employment-related documents, such as contracts, addendums and other HR documentation
- Perform basic data checks and help identify missing or inconsistent employee information
- Support the team with monitoring and following up on HR requests and assigned tasks
- Assist with preparing basic reports, trackers and data summaries using Excel and other tools

Who are you?
You are a curious, motivated and detail-oriented student who is interested in starting a career in HR and gaining practical experience in People & Culture Operations.
You enjoy working with data and administrative tasks, but at the same time you are comfortable communicating with others and working as part of an international team.
You are eager to learn, ask questions and gradually take ownership of your assigned tasks. You understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and following established processes when working with employee information.
You have:
- Student status
- Availability of minimum 30 hours per week
- Very good English skills (minimum B2), both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Very good English skills (min B2).
- Willingness to learn and develop in the HR Operations area
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
